  • Low Fat or Processed Milk
  • Soy Milk
  • Yogurt and even flavoured ones.

  • Big Built men ages 14 to 30 years: 2,000 to 2,600 calories
  • Regular men and women over 30 years: 2,000 to 3,000 calories
  • All men and women over 30 years: 1,600 to 2,400 calories
